Gozzo Jewelers offers a flexible layaway plan for all items. We do require an initial 20% deposit of the total purchase. Full payment and pickup within 90 days.
The payments thereafter may be made at your convenience in accordance to the terms. Alterations & adjustments, such as ring sizing, will be made at balance payoff. Expired layaways will receive an in-store credit for monies received.
Gozzo Jewelers offer gift certificates in any denomination.
Returns & exchanges & refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be "in new condition" and accompanied by your original receipt and packaging. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on altered or clearance items, or custom special orders.
Gozzo Jewelers recommends that you bring us your diamond jewelry for free inspection & cleaning every 6 months. We will inspect the prongs for wear.
Gozzo Jewelers is happy to provide you with a free document of purchase on your current purchase over $1,000.
Appraisals are performed by a Certified Gemologist trained by the American Gem Society (AGS). An estimate of appraisal charges will be provided at appraisal take in.
All custom jewelry is nonrefundable and requires a 50% deposit before the work begins. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client's complete satisfaction.
Gozzo Jewelers provides complimentary gift wrapping with a purchase.
